14-day money-back guarantee. If Balcony Bounty is not for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@balconybounty.online from the email address you used at checkout, with the subject “Refund”.
- Include your order number if you have it. If you don’t, the purchase email address is enough.
- You can also use the refund link in your receipt from [payment platform], if one is provided.
What happens next
- We reply within 2 business days.
- The refund is sent to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
- The refund covers the full amount you paid.
After 14 days
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible under this guarantee. If you had a problem downloading or opening your files, write to us anyway and we will fix it.
Charges you do not recognize
Balcony Bounty is a one-time purchase. We never charge you again automatically. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email support@balconybounty.online and we will look into it right away.
